Get familiar with heat, cold and the gentle movements of your wand.

Choose from three temperatures in each mode. The contoured tip follows the face and under-eye area.
Six-minute cycle. Follow the device’s three-minute cue to change sides.
Charge, unplug and remove the cap completely. Keep the vents clear during use.
Cleanse and dry your face. Avoid broken or acne-covered skin.
Hold either mode button to start; press again to adjust. Heat: 35, 38 or 42°C. Cold: 14, 12 or 10°C.
Move upward and outward beneath the eyes and across the face. Change sides at the three-minute flash. Switching modes restarts the six-minute timer.
Hold a mode button to stop. Wipe the body with a damp cloth or alcohol-free wipe. Let it dry before replacing the cap.
This shortened illustration is not a treatment timer. Follow the official guide and device signals. Official Therabody instructions
Stop if uncomfortable. Review Therabody’s full precautions before use, especially after facial treatments or if sensitive to temperature. Do not immerse or rinse the wand.

A fresher-looking face, wherever the day takes you. The Therabody TheraFace Depuffing Wand brings controlled cooling and optional warmth to the face and eye contour in one compact, rechargeable device. From your bathroom shelf to your carry-on, there is no fridge or freezer to plan around.
Cold is Sarah’s choice for facial depuffing. Three cooling settings — 14°C, 12°C and 10°C — help reduce the appearance of puffiness and refresh tired-looking skin. The contoured tip follows the under-eye area, cheeks, forehead and jawline. The wand generates its own cooling, so there is no pre-chilling, melting ice or return trip to the freezer.
For a warming facial massage, choose from 35°C, 38°C or 42°C according to your comfort and the manufacturer’s guidance. This mode helps encourage circulation and enhance radiance. Warmth is optional: you can use cold on its own, heat on its own when suitable for your skin, or both according to the instructions.
For depuffing, I recommend the cold setting across the face, with extra attention beneath the eyes. Keep your touch light and glide gently upward and outward. Let the temperature and the movement do the work.
Start with clean, completely dry skin. Remove the cap completely and keep the vents clear. Choose your mode and a comfortable temperature. Glide gently beneath the eyes and across the face, changing sides at the three-minute light signal. Each mode switches off automatically after six minutes; changing between heat and cold restarts the timer. Finish with your usual skincare.
Heat can aggravate melasma. Therabody lists melasma and hyperpigmentation among its contraindications and advises medical guidance before use; it does not specify an exemption for cold mode. Consult your dermatologist before using the device if this applies to you. Avoid broken, irritated or acne-covered skin, and stop if uncomfortable.
