At your first visit, we begin with a consultation and VISIA® Skin Analysis to understand your concerns and guide your facial.
02 Cleanse & refine
A thorough cleanse prepares your skin. Gentle exfoliation helps lift away surface buildup, with the approach tailored to your skin’s needs.
03 Mask & unwind
Your facial includes a customized mask and relaxing facial massage. Products are selected with hydration, comfort or balance in mind.
04 Replenish & protect
Targeted serums and moisturizer complete your care. Sunscreen is applied during daytime appointments.

Is this a good first facial?
Yes, it’s a thoughtful place to start if you’re looking for essential, personalized skin care. Your first appointment includes time to discuss your skin and a VISIA® Skin Analysis. If you’re unsure which facial to choose, ask our team for guidance.
Are extractions included?
No. The Fundamental focuses on cleansing, gentle exfoliation, a customized mask, massage and hydration. If extractions are your priority, contact us before booking so we can guide you to the right service.
How does returning-client pricing work?
Your first Fundamental Facial is $195 CAD for 75 minutes, including a consultation and VISIA® Skin Analysis. Return within three months and your Fundamental Facial is $155 CAD for 60 minutes, devoted to treatment without the consultation or VISIA. Choose the quarterly Fundamental option when booking your return visit.
No membership or monthly commitment is required.
Which skincare products will you use?
Your facialist selects skincare according to your skin’s needs. If you have a particular brand experience in mind, explore La Signature Loshen , or ask us to help you choose.
How often should I come in?
That depends on your skin, your goals and what fits your life. Your facialist can help you decide on a schedule during your visit.
