Heated eye and temple massage for the moments you need to pause. Therabody SmartGoggles 2nd Gen combine gentle compression massage, heat and vibration in a comfortable, 100% blackout design. Choose a 15-minute session to ease eye strain and tension around the temples, settle after a long day, or wind down before bed.
The contoured padding and curved adjustable strap help create a secure fit without pressing directly on the eyes. The goggles fold into their soft case, so your favourite moment of quiet can come with you.

The three modes
- SmartRelax combines massage, gentle heat and heart rate responsive vibration to help you slow down.
- Headaches & Eye Strain pairs vibration and heat for tension around the forehead, eyes and temples.
- Sleep Prep uses slower vibration and temple massage to help you transition into your evening. Heat is off by default and can be added if you prefer it.
Each preset lasts 15 minutes.
How to use
Place SmartGoggles over clean, dry skin, with the strap just above your ears and the sensor touching your cheekbone. Remove makeup, glasses and contact lenses before use. Press and hold the power button, then press it again to select a mode. Use the separate buttons to adjust heat and vibration to your comfort.
The goggles work on their own. Connect them to the optional Therabody app to customize session settings, save favourite routines and explore relaxing audio.

Frequently asked questions
Do SmartGoggles need the app to work?
No. You can select the three modes and adjust heat and vibration using the buttons on the device. The app offers additional customization and audio.
Can I use SmartGoggles without heat?
Yes. Press and hold the heat button to turn it off. You can also turn vibration off independently.
What is the difference between SmartGoggles and SleepMask?
SmartGoggles 2nd Gen offer compression massage, heat, vibration and three guided modes for a 15-minute session. The Therabody SleepMask is a lighter blackout mask with gentle vibration that you can continue wearing while you sleep.
Can they help with tension headaches?
The Headaches & Eye Strain mode is designed to soothe tension around the forehead, eyes and temples. Experiences vary.

At Loshen & Crem, we understand that sometimes, even the most carefully chosen product might not be "the one."
- Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened and unused products in perfect condition—just as they arrived.
- Refunds: If your return reaches us within 30 days from delivery, you’ll have the choice between a refund or store credit (your preference, naturellement). After 30 days, store credit is your only option. Beyond 40 days, refunds and credits are no longer possible.
Final Sale Items
Promotional Items: Products purchased at a discount during promotions are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Markdown Items: Items marked as Final Markdown are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

All amounts are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. Order thresholds are calculated after discounts, before taxes and shipping.
Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days*
Orders $149 and over: FREE
Orders $148.99 and under: $25
Priority Shipping — Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days*

Processing: Orders placed before 2 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates and remote destinations: Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Remote destinations may require additional transit time.
Product exclusions — Canada: Heavy items, including candles and one-litre shampoos, and selected promotional items are eligible for Standard shipping only, even when your order meets the complimentary Priority-shipping threshold. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
United States
Complimentary Priority shipping is available on orders of $350 USD or more. Orders below this threshold are subject to a $48.95 CAD shipping fee. Promotional shipping rates may apply during MistleGlow.

Shipping Address Details
For a smooth delivery, please provide all relevant information, including buzzer codes, directional suffixes (North, South, etc.), or special instructions.

Address Changes: Once your package has left our warehouse, address updates cannot be made. If you need to make changes before dispatch, email us at info@loshen.ca with your order details.

Carrier Fees: Any changes made with the courier after dispatch will incur a $32 CAD fee, and 800 points will be deducted from your La Crème Points account.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking information, so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@loshen.ca with photos and details. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Tips to Avoid Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Opt for a signature upon receipt (required for orders over $350 CAD).
- Have your package delivered to your workplace.
- If you’re not home on the expected delivery date, ask a neighbor to receive your package.
Unclaimed Parcels
If your package is returned to us unclaimed, we’ll issue a refund minus a $29.95 CAD return shipping fee.
