Can you work within our budget?
Start with the amount you have in mind per recipient. The examples above are individual product ideas, not fixed gift packages. Your proposal will confirm the final products, presentation, quantity, taxes and fulfilment costs.
Is volume pricing available?
Ask us about a tailored volume proposal. Any preferred pricing depends on the products, brands and quantities selected and is confirmed in writing before you order. Gift cards and existing promotions are considered separately.
Can we include different gifts for different people?
Tell us about your preferences in the enquiry. We can discuss a coordinated selection with different gift directions, subject to stock and budget. If you are unsure about fragrance preferences, ask us to begin with options without added scent or a Loshen gift card.
How far in advance should we enquire?
As early as you can, particularly for holiday gifting and larger quantities. Tell us your preferred date so we can confirm available stock, any ordering lead time, presentation and collection or delivery options.
Does the message preview send a gift card?
No. It helps you draft a note for your corporate gift. Choose “Include this note in my enquiry”, then submit the enquiry form. To buy a digital gift card, use “Shop gift cards” and complete your purchase on loshen.ca.
Can a gift card be used for a facial?
Our online boutique gift card and facial studio gifting are separate options. Tell us whether your recipient would prefer products or a service so we can guide you to the appropriate gift.
