Recycle & Redeem
The Loshen & Crem Recycling program
At Loshen & Crem, we believe responsibility doesn’t end when a product is finished.
Our em[P]té Program was created to give skincare packaging a second life—collecting hard-to-recycle items and ensuring they are properly redirected through specialized recycling partners.
Before you return
What to Know
Let’s Clarify
Once your product is finished:
• Rinse and keep your empty packaging
• Collect 10 items
• Bring them back to our boutique at the same time.
We take care of the rest—sorting, collecting, and ensuring each item is directed to the appropriate recycling stream.
Simple. Responsible. Considered.
We believe small actions deserve to be acknowledged.
When you bring back 10 empties purchased at Loshen & Crem, you’ll receive our Gift of the Month—a curated discovery selected by our team.
Each month, the gift changes.
It may be a sample. A travel size. Something new to explore.
All 10 empties must be brought back at the same time.
We’re unable to track or store items over multiple visits, so we kindly ask that you hold on to your empties until you have collected all 10.
This allows us to keep the program simple, consistent, and fair for everyone.
Most beauty packaging that cannot typically be recycled at home, including:
• Serum bottles and droppers
• Cream jars and lids
• Tubes and pumps
• Makeup packaging (mascara, lipsticks, compacts)
• Skincare caps and components
All items must be empty and rinsed when possible.
To ensure safety and proper handling, we cannot accept:
• Products not purchased at Loshen & Crem
• Aerosol containers
• Nail polish and remover bottles
• Fragrance bottles
• Flammable or hazardous materials
Collected items are sorted and sent to specialized recycling partners.
Materials are separated and transformed into new raw components—extending their life beyond a single use.
Nothing is overlooked. Everything is considered.

We share responsibility in protecting
WHY IT MATTERS
The beauty industry creates an immense amount of waste, much of it not accepted through standard recycling systems.
By bringing your empties back, you become part of a more thoughtful cycle.
One that respects formulation, packaging, and the impact we leave behind.
