Does “boar bristle” mean pure boar only?

The Essential brushes combine boar bristles with nylon pins. The Wet Detangling brushes use nylon only. The brush type stays the same when you choose Mini.

Would I use both types?

They have different roles: Wet Detangling works through knots on wet or dry hair; Essential smooths dry hair. Start with the job you need most.

About BUR BUR

BUR BUR began with a family recipe: the burdock oil co-founder Ksenia Zaytseva's grandmother used in her own beauty routine. Today the Growing Season collection pairs burdock and nettle with plant oils and proteins for a nourished-feeling scalp and softer, shinier-looking hair, alongside The Mermaid brushes, handcrafted in Korea from hand-polished beech wood.
