Its small treatment spheres and pen-like shape suit targeted feathering movements. FIX MicroWand is a standalone device; it is not an attachment for TRINITY+.

The treatment spheres deliver a low-level electrical current through contact with prepared skin. A conductive activator forms the interface between the device and your skin. The contact points, treatment zone and technique depend on your model.

How to use your device
- 01
Prepare your MicroWand
Charge it before use and disconnect the charging cable. Check the precautions and activator sensitivity instructions before your first session.

Cleanse first
Remove makeup and cleanse without oil. Pat dry; leave rich creams and facial oils until after the microcurrent step.

Apply FIX Serum
Apply a generous layer of FIX Line Smoothing Serum to the small area you will treat. Keep both contacts on moist, prepared skin; replenish serum if it dries.

Select Eyes, Lips or Lines
Press the power button to switch on, then use a quick press to change mode. One light corresponds to the under-eye area, two to smile lines around the mouth, and three to forehead lines.

Use small, gentle movements
Keep the two spheres in contact and use short, light feathering movements: small circles or gentle horizontal or vertical glides within the manual’s illustrated zone. Do not pull the skin or press directly on the eyes, eyelids or lips.

Let the cycle finish
A cycle lasts 3 minutes and ends automatically. Massage in the remaining serum, continue your skin care and clean the contacts. Power Patches are a separate skin care step; they do not replace conductive serum.
Each cycle lasts 3 minutes. The MicroWand manual permits up to two sessions per area per day, 5 days a week. Use only the approved mode and treatment zone.
App & controls
NuFACE has retired its guided-treatment app experience. The official download pages remain linked below; features and availability may vary. Find current routines on NuFACE’s website and YouTube channel.
FIX MicroWand works through its own power button and Eyes, Lips and Lines modes. NuFACE confirms that FIX MicroWand does not need the app-related firmware update.

Which activator belongs in my routine?
Use FIX Line Smoothing Serum for this MicroWand routine. The serum helps maintain conductive contact. Power Patches are a separate skin care step, not a substitute for the conductive serum.
What should I expect?
The aim is a change in appearance, with results that vary from person to person. Consistent use matters. Take comparison photos in the same light and position; device use does not replace daily skin care or professional advice.

Check suitability before your first session.
Read the complete instructions supplied with your exact model. Microcurrent is contraindicated during pregnancy and for people with implanted electronic devices, a history of seizures or active cancer. Recent surgery, a medical condition or a recent cosmetic procedure requires professional advice before use. This is a summary, not the complete list.
Use only on healthy, intact skin in the zones shown in the manual. Start comfortably and stop if you experience pain or irritation. More intensity or longer sessions are not a substitute for the prescribed routine.
How do I care for it?
Switch the device off after use. Clean the treatment surfaces with a soft, lightly dampened cloth as directed in the manual, then allow them to dry. Keep the device and charger away from water; do not immerse them.
