Blume Pearl Drip Soothing + Hydration Milky Toner is a light, leave-on toner that restores comfort the moment you finish cleansing.
Rice extract, niacinamide, Ceramide NG, squalane, panthenol and several forms of hyaluronic acid help replenish moisture, visibly calm redness and support a healthy-looking moisture barrier. Instead of leaving skin tight, it cushions it with a soft layer of hydration and prepares it for the serum and moisturizer that follow.
It is fragrance-free and gentle enough for sensitive and blemish-prone skin, yet nourishing enough for dry or dehydrated skin. Use it morning and evening, or press in another layer whenever skin feels thirsty.
