Therabody SmartGoggles 2nd Gen combine gentle compression massage, heat and vibration in a fully blackout design, for a 15-minute pause after screen time, at the end of a long day, or before bed. Three preset modes guide the session: SmartRelax, which adapts its vibration rhythm to your heart rate through a sensor on the cheekbone; Headaches & Eye Strain, with heat and vibration around the forehead, eyes and temples; and Sleep Prep, with slower vibration and temple massage. Heat and vibration can each be adjusted or turned off. The contoured padding and adjustable strap hold the goggles securely without pressing on the eyes, and they fold into a soft case for travel.

Do SmartGoggles need the app to work?
No. The three modes and the heat and vibration settings work from the buttons on the device. The app adds customization and audio.
Can I use them without heat?
Yes. Press and hold the heat button to turn it off. Vibration can also be turned off on its own.
What is the difference between SmartGoggles and SleepMask?
SmartGoggles offer compression, heat, vibration and three 15-minute modes. SleepMask is a lighter blackout mask with gentle vibration that you can keep wearing while you sleep.
Can I wear glasses or contact lenses?
No. Remove glasses, contact lenses and makeup before use.
