How to use

Place the mask over clean, dry skin and adjust the strap until it feels comfortably snug. Press and hold the button to turn on the vibration, then press again to cycle through the patterns and intensity settings. The vibration session gradually softens and turns off after 15 minutes; you can continue wearing the mask for its blackout effect.

Remove the inner layer and machine wash it on a cold, delicate cycle with mild detergent. Lay it flat to air dry completely before reattaching it. Wipe the outer electronic layer with a lightly dampened, lint-free cloth; never submerge or machine wash that layer.
