Sarah-Maude created Loshen & Crem around a conviction: understanding someone’s skin begins with listening to the person. Originally from Montréal, she brings more than twenty years of experience as a facialist and educator, with a background in dermocosmetics and ingredient research. That knowledge shapes what we choose for the boutique, how we approach a treatment, and the questions we ask before making a recommendation.

Her vision is a place where curiosity is welcome, education is part of the experience, and you have room to find what feels right for you. It is the idea she continues to build with the people beside her.

Abby brings our approach to skin care into the treatment room. As our esthetician lead, her contribution reaches beyond her own appointments: she helps guide team education, treatment protocols, and the standards that connect one visit to the next. Through hands-on work with Sarah-Maude and continued brand training, she helps turn learning into practice. For you, that means a facial shaped by knowledge, with space for your questions and attention to your skin.

Ilona brings the people, plans, and daily life of Loshen & Crem together. She leads operations and team coordination, giving our ideas the structure they need to become experiences we can welcome you into. From preparing the boutique to bringing a new event together, her work sits at the meeting point of vision and follow-through. Much of it happens before you arrive; its purpose is to help the team be ready for you.

Kassandra helps our boutique feel close, even when you shop from far away. Part of Loshen & Crem since 2024, she connects e-commerce with client care, bringing the questions you ask into the way we present products, share information, and improve the online experience. Her work moves between the website and the conversations around it. Whether you are discovering a brand or following up on an order, she helps keep a person at the centre of the exchange.

Winnie looks after an essential part of our promise: the journey between choosing something you love and receiving it. She coordinates inventory, new arrivals, and shipping, connecting what happens behind the scenes with what reaches you. The products on our shelves, the gifts prepared for an offer, the details around a parcel: her work runs through them all. You may meet Winnie through your order before you meet her in the boutique.

She leads our brand, content, and communications, shaping how we introduce a discovery, share a moment at the boutique, or invite our community into something new.
