How to Use:

Loshen & Crem’s Recommendation:
Diffuse Sleep 30 minutes before bedtime to set the tone for rest. We recommend pairing it with the Cloud Humidifier for clients wanting elevated nighttime wellness, especially in dry Alberta climates.
