How To Use:

• Lay Nodpod over your eyes and allow the gentle weighted pressure to settle in.
• For side sleeping, place the last two pods over your eyes and rest your head on the hollow end.
• For a more secure fit while upright, pull one corner through the slit to gently hold the mask in place.
• Use before sleep, during travel, meditation, naps, or moments of rest.
• Nodpod is designed to help you relax and fall asleep. It may naturally slip off once you are fully asleep.

Product Care:

Wash on a normal setting with a full load inside a garment bag. We recommend washing before first use. Although Nodpod is dryer-safe, air drying is recommended to help preserve the product’s longevity.
