Although Le Mieux describes the treatment as an oxygenated or oxygen-rich mist, the Infuser should not be presented as medical oxygen therapy. Its visible skincare benefits come primarily from the compatible formulas placed inside the device and the fine, even way they are applied.

The treatment can be customized by filling the mini-flask halfway with Oh My Glow Activator and adding two to four drops of Oh My Glow Serum. This allows the hydrating base and concentrated serum to be blended immediately before application.

How to Use
- Attach the mini-flask securely to the top of the Infuser.
- Fill the mini-flask halfway with Oh My Glow Activator or another formula confirmed as compatible with the device.
- Add two to four drops of Oh My Glow Serum or another compatible serum. Additional drops create a more concentrated mixture, but more product is not automatically better.
- Close the lid and gently shake the mini-flask to blend the liquids.
- Press the power button to activate the device.
- Hold the sprayer away from the skin and move it continuously while applying the fine mist. Keep the eyes closed and avoid spraying directly into the eyes, nose or mouth.
- Press the power button again to turn off the Infuser.
- Allow the mist to settle before applying moisturizer.
- Empty and clean the device with warm water immediately after every use.
Prepare only the amount required for one treatment. Do not store leftover skincare mixtures inside the mini-flask.
Loshen & Crem’s Recommendation
At Loshen & Crem, we recommend pairing the Infuser with Oh My Glow Activator and two to four drops of Oh My Glow Serum. The Activator provides the fluid base required for misting, while the Serum adds concentrated hyaluronic acid forms, peptides, niacinamide, tranexamic acid and diamond powder.
Use the Infuser on freshly cleansed skin before moisturizer. For the most even application, keep the sprayer moving rather than concentrating the mist repeatedly on one area.
Do not fill the device with Oh My Glow Serum alone. Concentrated serums, oils and thicker emulsions may not mist correctly and can clog or damage the sprayer.
The cleaning step is not optional—this clever little device needs good housekeeping. Empty and flush it after every treatment, even if the formula appears to have been fully used. Residue left inside the sprayer can dry, accumulate and interfere with performance.

The Ionized Oxygen Infuser is intended for compatible water-based solutions and serums. A product being water-based does not automatically mean it is suitable for the device; viscosity, oils, suspended particles and other formula characteristics can affect the sprayer.

The current Le Mieux online compatibility list specifically names Brightening Toner, Brightening Serum, Collagen Peptide Serum, Derma Relief Serum and Retinol Serum. Continue following any additional exclusions included in the instructions packaged with your device, as manufacturer guidance may be updated.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean after every use:
- Empty any remaining skincare mixture from the mini-flask.
- Fill the flask with clean, warm water.
- Press the power button and spray until the mist runs clear to flush out residual product.
- Empty the flask completely before storing the device.
Monthly deep cleaning:
- Remove the mini-flask from the Infuser.
- Unscrew the metal sprayer piece from the body of the device.
- Following Le Mieux’s current instructions, place only the removable metal sprayer piece in boiling water for one to two minutes to dissolve buildup.
- Remove it carefully and allow it to dry thoroughly.
- Reattach the dry sprayer and mini-flask to the device.
Do not place the main electronic unit, charging port or USB cord in water. Regular cleaning helps maintain consistent misting and reduces the risk of clogging.

What Does “Ionized Oxygen” Mean?
Le Mieux describes the device as delivering an oxygen-rich or oxygenated mist. From a practical skincare perspective, the device atomizes the selected formula into very fine droplets that can be distributed evenly across the skin.
The publicly available product information does not provide measurements showing how much oxygen is delivered, whether oxygen levels increase within living skin tissue or how ionization changes clinical results. Loshen & Crem therefore does not present the device as oxygen therapy or as a medical treatment.
Does the Infuser Increase Product Absorption?
