Biologique Recherche Lait Dermo-S is a high-tolerance soothing cleansing milk created specifically for fragile, reactive and easily uncomfortable Skin Instants.

Its gentle formula removes makeup, sunscreen and daily impurities while helping preserve skin comfort during one of the most important, and often overlooked, steps of a sensitive-skin routine: cleansing. Rather than leaving vulnerable skin feeling tight or stripped, it helps soothe the look of redness and feelings of irritation associated with external stress, while supporting hydration and the skin's protective barrier.

That squeaky-clean, tight feeling after washing is not a sign of a better cleanse. With niacinamide, panthenol, red sage root extract and prickly pear cactus extract, Lait Dermo-S prioritizes tolerance and comfort, so cleansing supports the routine instead of becoming something the skin has to recover from. For makeup or sunscreen, do two gentle passes with Lait Dermo-S rather than reaching for a stronger second cleanser.

How to use

1. Apply a small amount of Lait Dermo-S over the entire face, neck and décolleté.
2. Emulsify using light smoothing movements, working from the inside outward and from the décolleté upward toward the face.
3. Remove using wet cotton pads.
4. Repeat until makeup and impurities have been completely removed.
5. Follow with the Lotion P50 selected for your Skin Instant, then the serums, creams and finishing products selected for your current Skin Instant.
6. For external use only.

Yes. Biologique Recherche specifically recommends it for fragile Skin Instants, including skin with heightened reactivity, redness, tightness, tingling or reduced tolerance to external stressors.

Does it remove makeup and sunscreen?

Yes. It is a high-tolerance soothing makeup remover. For heavier or more resistant makeup and sunscreen, repeat the cleansing step.

Should I rinse it with water?

Biologique Recherche currently recommends removing it with wet cotton pads.

Is it good for oily, sensitive skin?

Potentially, yes. Skin can produce excess sebum and be fragile at the same time; we would prioritize what the skin can tolerate rather than automatically choosing the strongest purifying cleanser.

What is the difference with Lait E.V. and Lait S.R.?

Lait Dermo-S focuses on soothing, high-tolerance cleansing for fragile skin. Lait E.V. is more targeted for dry, dehydrated and mature skin, and Lait S.R. for combination and oily skin with excess sebum.

Does it contain niacinamide?

Yes. Niacinamide is one of the ingredients in the current formula.
