The Essence of Gold Sturgeon Collection
The Essence of Gold Sturgeon collection is the only Valmont line built on sturgeon DNA rather than Valmont’s signature salmon DNA. L’Elixir des Glaciers sources it in partnership with an ethical sturgeon farm in the Dordogne region of southwest France, using material not used for gastronomy.
The collection is composed of three products designed to be layered: Fluide Merveilleux, Sérum Merveilleux and Crème Merveilleuse.
Why It Is Different
Fluide Merveilleux is neither a toner nor a traditional facial serum.
It is a pre-serum essence—the first concentrated leave-on treatment applied after cleansing. Its purpose is to awaken the complexion, provide a first layer of hydration and prepare the skin for the more concentrated products that follow.
The ultra-fine nano-emulsion contains micro-dispersed droplets designed for rapid, even absorption. This gives Fluide Merveilleux its distinctive texture: more substantial than water, yet remarkably fresh and nearly imperceptible once applied.
