Exfoliating Night Cream for Blemishes, Congested Pores and Excess Oil
Dermaceutic Activabiome, formerly known as Actibiome, is an exfoliating night cream formulated for oily, combination and blemish-prone skin.
Its concentrated formula combines 7% glycolic acid and 1% salicylic acid with a 2% purifying active and a 2% microbiota regulator. Together, these ingredients help exfoliate accumulated skin cells, unclog congested-looking pores, reduce excess oil and improve the appearance of blemishes and redness.
Used in the evening, Activabiome supports the skin’s natural overnight renewal process while helping maintain a balanced skin microbiota. With consistent use, skin appears clearer, smoother and more refined.
The vegan and non-comedogenic formula is suitable for all skin types but is especially beneficial for oily, combination and acne-prone skin.

How to use
- Before you begin: Apply in the evening to clean, completely dry skin.
- Application: When introducing Activabiome, begin two or three evenings per week. Gradually increase the frequency according to skin tolerance.
- Sensitive skin may begin with application every other evening.
- Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50 every morning and limit unprotected sun exposure.
- To finish: Allow the cream to absorb before applying an additional moisturizer when more hydration or comfort is needed.
- Keep in mind: Distribute a small amount over the face and neck, avoiding the eye contour, eyelids, lips and mucous membranes.
- Do not apply to irritated, sensitized or broken skin.
- Avoid using Activabiome in the same routine as retinol, other AHAs, BHAs, exfoliating scrubs or intensive resurfacing treatments.
- Dermaceutic does not recommend Activabiome during pregnancy or breastfeeding because of its concentration of exfoliating fruit acids.

Dermaceutic Activabiome is an excellent evening treatment for clients experiencing recurring blemishes, excess oil, visible pores and uneven skin texture.
Because the formula already combines glycolic and salicylic acids, keep the rest of the evening routine simple. Avoid layering exfoliating cleansers, acid toners, scrubs or retinol on the same evening.
For a complete blemish-prone skin routine, cleanse first with Dermaceutic Oxybiome and follow with a thin layer of Activabiome. This is the combination used in Dermaceutic’s published 28-day study.
Clients experiencing dehydration alongside blemishes may layer a simple, non-comedogenic moisturizer over Activabiome or alternate it with a barrier-supporting evening routine.
Temporary mild tingling may occur when the product is first introduced. Persistent burning, redness or excessive flaking is a sign to reduce the frequency and focus on restoring the skin barrier.
