Made to work together
Apply the Lotion P50 selected for your Skin Instant, then a firming serum such as VG Tensil or Sérum Matriciel Visage, and finish with Crème PTO Métamorphique. Platysma, a single-use 20-minute firming mask for the jawline and submental area, is the intensive lower-face option; your esthetician can tell you whether it belongs in your routine. Add sunscreen in the morning. These pairings are suggestions; your esthetician will personalize the routine to your Skin Instant.

Formerly known as Crème ADN Métamorphique, Biologique Recherche Crème PTO Métamorphique is the next generation of the brand's iconic firming cream, now designed around one of the most visible changes in the face: ptosis, the gradual downward shift that can occur as the skin loses support and facial contours become softer. You may notice it first in the cheeks, jawline, facial oval, lower face and neck.
Officially positioned as firming, restructuring and tautening, its formula helps restore visible tone while making the contours of the face and neck appear more defined and harmonious. With continued use, the complexion looks firmer and better supported, and the facial oval appears visibly refined.
This is a genuine reformulation, not a packaging update. The current formula is built around Smithsonite Extract, Rye Seed Extract, White Peony Root Extract, Helichrysum Stoechas Extract, Alteromonas Ferment Extract, Plantain, Baobab Pulp, Goji Fruit and Grape Juice Extracts.
