Therabody Theragun Mini 3rd Gen is a compact percussion massage gun for everyday muscle tension, wherever you are. At just 400 g, it slips into a gym bag or suitcase. Three speeds (1,750, 2,100 and 2,400 percussions per minute) and three attachments let you adjust the massage: the Dampener for tender areas, the Standard Ball for larger and smaller muscle groups, and the Thumb for focused spots like the lower back. A travel lock keeps it from turning on in your bag, and the optional Therabody app offers guided routines.
