How to use
- Use morning or evening as needed.
- Using clean, dry hands, apply one mask beneath each eye on freshly cleansed, dry skin. Position comfortably below the lash line, avoiding direct contact with the eyes.
- Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes. Remove and gently pat the remaining serum into the skin. Do not rinse.
- For an enhanced cooling effect, store the container in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.
- To dispose of the masks, place the used hydrogels in hot water for approximately 10 minutes or until fully dissolved. The water may then be poured down the drain in accordance with local wastewater guidelines.
- Each pair is intended for one application only. For optimal freshness, use within three months of opening and write the opening date on the container.

What Vegan Bio-Peptides Mean in This Formula
The ingredient list uses the name “Collagen Amino Acids,” but OffDuty™ does not contain animal-derived collagen. Three Ships identifies its bio-peptides as vegan and derived from corn, soy and wheat plants.
These plant-derived amino acids are selected to resemble some of the amino acids found within collagen. Applied topically, they help improve moisture retention and support a smoother, more supple appearance.
They do not replace lost collagen or rebuild the skin’s collagen structure. The immediate smoothing effect comes primarily from hydration and the temporary plumping of dry surface lines, while consistent moisturization supports healthier-looking skin over time.

What is the difference between OffDuty™ and Brighter Days™?
OffDuty™ focuses on hydration, fine lines and visible firmness. Brighter Days™ is better suited to puffiness, tired-looking eyes and dark circles associated with dryness or fatigue.
Use Brighter Days™ in the morning for a refreshed appearance and OffDuty™ in the evening for a smoothing, replenishing treatment.
How quickly does OffDuty™ work?
The concentrated hydration creates an immediate plumping effect, helping the eye area appear smoother and more refreshed after 10 to 20 minutes.
Will it permanently remove crow’s feet?
No topical eye mask can permanently remove crow’s feet. OffDuty™ hydrates and plumps the skin, making fine lines caused or emphasized by dryness appear softer and less noticeable.
Does OffDuty™ contain animal collagen?
No. Although “Collagen Amino Acids” appears in the ingredient list, Three Ships identifies the bio-peptides as vegan and derived from corn, soy and wheat plants.
Is it suitable for someone with a soy or wheat allergy?
The bio-peptides are derived from corn, soy and wheat. If you have a severe or known allergy to any of these ingredients, consult your healthcare provider and review the formula before use. Patch testing is recommended.
Is OffDuty™ only for mature skin?
No. The masks can be used by any adult seeking hydration and smoother-looking under-eyes. They are particularly helpful whenever dryness makes fine lines appear more pronounced.
How often can I use the masks?
Use them as often as needed. Two to three applications per week is an excellent ongoing routine, although the hydrating formula can be used more frequently if your skin responds well.
Are the masks biodegradable?
Yes. The hydrogel is made with sea algae and is designed to break down after use. Place the used patches in hot water for approximately 10 minutes to dissolve them.
Are they compostable?
Biodegradable and compostable are not interchangeable. Three Ships provides water-dissolving instructions but does not currently identify the masks as certified for home composting.
Can the eye masks be reused?
No. Each pair is designed for one application. Reusing the masks may introduce bacteria and will not provide the original level of serum or hydration.
Can I store them in the refrigerator?
Yes. Refrigeration enhances the cooling sensation and makes the masks particularly refreshing after a long day. Do not freeze them.
When should I apply them in my routine?
Use OffDuty™ after cleansing and before facial serum, eye cream or moisturizer. Applying skincare underneath may prevent the hydrogel from adhering properly.
Can I apply makeup afterward?

Does OffDuty™ contain fragrance?

How long will the container remain fresh?
