Cleanse, then apply the Lotion P50 selected for your Skin Instant and let it settle. Mist L'Eauxygénante, then continue with your serums, cream and, in the morning, sunscreen. During the day, mist again over makeup whenever the complexion looks dry, flat or tired. If your skin lacks lipids, it will still need more nourishing products elsewhere in the routine.

Biologique Recherche L’Eauxygénante
Biologique Recherche L'Eauxygénante is a radiance-boosting, hydrating and toning facial mist. Its lightweight formula helps improve hydration while reducing feelings of discomfort and restoring visible luminosity: skin feels fresher, softer and more supple, and the complexion appears brighter and more even.
Historically known as Biologique Recherche's oxygenating mist, L'Eauxygénante has evolved. The current formula no longer contains the older Specific Oxygenating Complex or Perfluorodecalin, and Biologique Recherche now positions it as an epidermal preparation mist focused on hydration, radiance, toning, comfort and makeup hold.
When the outer layers of the skin hold enough water, the surface looks smoother and reflects light more evenly, which is why improving surface hydration helps the complexion look fresher and more radiant. Use it morning and evening in your routine, or mist it throughout the day, including over makeup.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is L'Eauxygénante still oxygenating?
The current formula no longer contains the older oxygen-carrying ingredients such as Perfluorodecalin. Biologique Recherche now describes it as a radiance-boosting, moisturizing and toning epidermal preparation mist.
Can I use it after Lotion P50?
Yes, it is one of our favourite ways to use it. Apply your Lotion P50, let it settle, then mist L'Eauxygénante before continuing with your serums.
Can it be used over makeup?
Yes. Biologique Recherche states that it helps improve makeup hold. It is primarily a skincare mist, not a setting spray designed for extreme makeup fixation.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Biologique Recherche states it is suitable for all Skin Instants, even sensitive. The formula lists fragrance allergens such as limonene and linalool, so review the full INCI if you have known allergies.
Does it brighten the skin?
It helps restore visible radiance so the complexion looks brighter and more even. It is radiance-enhancing, not a pigmentation-correcting product.
Do I need to avoid the sun after using it?
Biologique Recherche's current instructions say to avoid sun exposure immediately after application.
