A closer look.
Understand the light. Find your rhythm. Make it part of your care.
How deep does light go?
Look beneath the surface, then choose a colour to follow its path through the skin.
Choose any colour to follow its illustrative path.
Light does not stop at a precise line. These paths show a general pattern, not a measured depth or a promise of results. Every skin and device is different.
Explore the other light modes
A colour name alone does not tell us its depth or prove a benefit.
Included in this device
Different light. Different jobs.
Explore every colour, even when it is not included in your selected device. The check mark identifies this model’s modes. Choose a colour to discover Loshen devices that offer it.
- 01Blue is more surface-focused.
Often used in devices for some inflammatory pimples.
- 02Red and near-infrared travel further.
Often used together in studies of skin texture and fine lines.
- 03Deeper does not mean better.
The right device, dose and routine matter more than a colour count.
Blue
Used by some devices for inflammatory pimples. It does not treat every type of acne. Pigmentation-prone skin needs extra care.
A little more detail
Blue light is used in some devices for inflammatory pimples. It does not treat every kind of acne: blackheads, whiteheads and deeper cysts need a different approach.
Pigmentation-prone skin needs particular care with blue light. Read the caution below.

Often used for fine lines and skin texture. Results depend on the device and routine.
A little more detail
Red light is studied for concerns such as fine lines and skin texture. Trials have measured changes in collagen and elasticity, but the result belongs to the tested device and routine.
A red glow alone cannot tell you the dose reaching your skin.

Light your eyes cannot see. It is often paired with red light. No visible glow does not mean the light is absent.
A little more detail
Near-infrared sits beyond visible red. It is often paired with red light in skin studies and generally reaches deeper than blue light. Invisible does not mean inactive—or automatically more effective.
Shown in taupe here because near-infrared has no visible colour.

Light, made simple

A little understanding goes a long way.
Red, blue, near-infrared… each brings a different kind of light to your skin. The useful question is what your device delivers, and how it fits your needs.
What does “nm” mean?
A nanometre is a tiny unit of length. It describes a light wave’s wavelength—not the device’s power or a promised result.

Questions & sources
A few things worth knowing.
Does a higher wavelength mean a stronger treatment?
No. Wavelength describes the light. Irradiance describes how much light power reaches an area of skin; exposure time also shapes the dose. Compare the complete device and its tested routine.
Can I leave it on longer to get more benefit?
Follow the model’s timer and frequency. More light is not automatically more useful; photobiomodulation responses depend on dose. Do not extend a session or stack treatments to chase faster results.
Do I need to feel heat for it to work?
Heat is not a measure of LED effectiveness. Some hybrid devices add heating or radiofrequency as separate functions; those have their own instructions.
Can I use my usual serum underneath?
It depends on the model. Some routines begin on clean, dry skin; others require a particular mask, serum or conductive primer. Follow the device-specific ritual below.

Precautions & individual needs
A red and near-infrared LED glove for the hands
Hands are exposed to the sun every day and often show it before the face does. Omnilux Contour Glove is a flexible silicone LED glove that delivers red (633 nm) and near-infrared (830 nm) light to the hand and wrist in a 10-minute session. Used consistently, it helps reduce the look of sun spots, lines and uneven tone, for smoother, healthier-looking hands.
Benefits
- Helps reduce the look of sun spots and pigmentation on the hands
- Helps soften the look of lines and wrinkles
- Supports a more even-looking skin tone
- A relaxing, comforting 10-minute ritual
- No heat and no downtime
How to Use
- Fully charge the device before use.
- Cleanse and dry your hands.
- Slide on the glove and secure it at the wrist with the strap.
- Start your 10-minute session.
- Remove the glove and apply your favourite hand cream.
- Clean the glove with a water-based wipe before every treatment. Stubborn marks can be wiped gently with 70% alcohol.
Loshen & Crem’s Recommendation
Hands give away sun exposure more than almost anything else, and they are the area most of us skip. Treat one hand while you read or watch something in the evening, then the other. Follow with a rich hand cream and wear sunscreen on the backs of your hands every day to protect your results.
