Boar bristle and nylon on a dry natural rubber cushion. BN1 in Dark Ruby or Blue has a cellulose acetate handle and base. BN1W in Natural Wood has a handcrafted wooden handle and base. Natural wood grain and tone vary from brush to brush.

How to use

For everyday smoothing, use on dry hair. Ease out tangles first with a suitable comb, then brush gently in sections, working from the ends upwards before smoothing through the lengths. Keep pressure comfortable.

Care instructions

Remove loose hair regularly. Use a cleaning brush to lift debris gently from between the tufts. Clean with lukewarm water and a little mild soap as needed, avoiding prolonged soaking and keeping water out of the cushion vent. Dry bristles facing down, away from direct heat. Follow the care leaflet supplied with your brush. For Natural Wood, avoid soaking the wooden handle and follow the supplied care leaflet.

Precautions

Avoid excessive heat, prolonged soaking and harsh cleaning products. The cushion contains natural rubber and the bristles are animal-derived. Do not brush an irritated or injured scalp; stop if brushing feels uncomfortable.
