The name can sound confusing, so this is worth explaining.
Biologique Recherche describes Biomimetic Placenta as an ingredient complex designed to reproduce essential elements associated with human placenta and its naturally restorative environment.
The purpose is biomimicry: recreating signals and components associated with skin renewal rather than simply applying human placenta to the skin.
The current Iso-Placenta INCI does not list human placenta as an ingredient.
Instead, the formula incorporates a combination of botanical extracts, peptides, amino-acid derivatives, ferment extracts and skin-conditioning ingredients selected to support the regenerative positioning of the serum.
How to Use:
- Apply approximately 1 ml of Iso-Placenta to clean skin over the face, neck and décolleté.
- Massage gently using light upward movements until completely absorbed.
- Iso-Placenta may also be applied more specifically to areas showing post-blemish marks according to the needs of your Skin Instant.
- Within a Biologique Recherche routine, apply after cleansing and your appropriate Lotion P50 and before your moisturizer.
- If using several serums, apply your lighter and more fluid serums first.
