Firm Believer™ is an excellent choice when the face and neck feel dry or when loss of moisture is making fine lines and creasing appear more pronounced. Its rich but elegant texture works especially well as the final moisturizing step in a firming or age-supportive routine.
Extend every application below the jawline, covering the sides and back of the neck as well as the upper chest. Upward strokes can make application feel more comfortable, although massage direction does not permanently lift the skin.
If your complexion is combination or oily, use a lighter moisturizer through the centre of the face and reserve Firm Believer™ for drier areas, the neck and décolleté. Always extend your morning sunscreen over these areas as well.

Is Firm Believer™ a face moisturizer or a neck cream?
It is designed for both. The formula can be applied across the face, jawline, neck and décolleté to provide consistent hydration and smoothing benefits.
Can this cream physically lift sagging skin?
No topical moisturizer can physically lift loose tissue. Firm Believer™ helps hydrate, smooth and support elasticity, which can give the skin a firmer and more lifted appearance.
What are goji and edelweiss plant cell extracts?
They are botanical callus culture extracts used for their antioxidant and skin-conditioning properties. They are not living human stem cells and do not regenerate or replace skin tissue.
Can I use Firm Believer™ on my décolleté?
Yes. Apply it from the face and jawline down the neck and across the upper chest. Follow with broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day.
Can it be used morning and evening?
Yes. Apply it after serums in both your morning and evening routines. In the morning, allow it to absorb before applying sunscreen.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
The current ingredient list contains no added fragrance or essential oils. However, sensitive or reactive skin can respond to any new formula, so patch testing is recommended.
Is Firm Believer™ non-comedogenic?

Can I layer it with SkinHero™ or another retinol product?
Yes. Apply your serum or retinol treatment first, allow it to absorb, and follow with Firm Believer™. If your skin is new to retinoids or bakuchiol, introduce the active gradually.
