Therabody ThermBack LED is a wearable lower back wrap that combines heat, far-infrared warmth, near-infrared LED light and vibration in one adjustable device. Three heat levels warm the lower back and help tense muscles relax, three vibration patterns (Low, High and Wave) add a gentle massage, and the near-infrared LED works against bare skin. Adjustable straps keep it in place so you can move comfortably, at home, at your desk or after a long day on your feet.

Wrap it around your lower back and secure the straps, comfortably snug but not tight.

Press and hold the power button, then choose Low, Medium or High heat and, if you like, a vibration pattern.

The near-infrared LED starts automatically; press its button to turn it off.

Heat and vibration run up to 20 minutes; the LED turns off after 10.

For the LED, wear the wrap against bare skin. Over clothing, select "Over clothes" in the Therabody app, and never use that setting on bare skin.
Start on Low heat; you can always go up, and the comfort lasts longer.

How long is a session?
Heat and vibration run for up to 20 minutes. The near-infrared LED turns off after 10 minutes.
Can I wear it over clothing?
Yes. Choose the Over clothes setting in the Therabody app. For the LED, the wrap needs to touch bare skin.
Do I need the Therabody app?
No. The wrap has built-in controls. The app adds settings, including Over clothes.
Can I use it while plugged in?
Yes, with a certified USB-C adapter of at least 40 W, sold separately. For longer or repeated sessions, use Low heat.
Can I wear it while sleeping?
No. Do not wear it during sleep or naps.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean the strap with a damp microfibre cloth and follow the manual for the LEDs. Let it dry completely. Do not machine wash or submerge.
