Theragun PRO Plus is an advanced massage gun for people who want more ways to care for tired, tight muscles. It combines deep percussive massage (five speeds, five shaped attachments) with a heated attachment that pairs warmth with massage, a gentler vibration attachment for sensitive areas, and built-in near-infrared LED light that can be used alongside any of them. Guided routines on the screen and a comfortable triangular grip help you tailor each session. An optional Cold Plus attachment is sold separately.

With the device off, attach the head suited to the area.

Begin at a comfortable speed and move slowly over the muscle with light to moderate pressure.

Add heat, vibration or near-infrared LED as you like; for LED, about 90 seconds per area on bare skin.

Work around a sore spot rather than pressing directly into it.
Start with the Standard Ball on a large muscle at a low speed, then explore the other attachments.

Does it come with the cold attachment?
No. The Cold Plus attachment is compatible but sold separately.
How many attachments are included?
Seven: five percussive heads, one heated attachment and one vibration attachment.
Can I use the LED with heat or vibration?
Yes. The near-infrared LED works alongside percussion, heat or vibration. It does not turn on during cold treatment.
What does the heart-rate sensor do?
It shows a heart-rate reading on the device when used as directed. It does not change the massage intensity.
Do I need the Therabody app?
No. The device and its guided routines work without it. The app adds more routines and controls.
