Yes, from 6 months of age. Apply it to your own hands first, then to the child's skin. Do not use on infants under 6 months.
Can I use it with sunscreen?
Yes. Apply sunscreen first, let it settle, then apply the repellent as the last step. Bite Base Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 is fragrance-free, so it will not compete with the repellent's scent.
How often can I apply it?
Reapply once if needed. Do not apply more than twice a day.
Does it contain DEET?
No. Its active ingredient is Oil of Lemon Eucalyptus (30%), a plant-based repellent registered by Health Canada.
Will it stain my clothes?
It is safe on clothing, but apply it to exposed skin only, never under clothing.
