Biologique Recherche Cryo-Sticks are professional stainless-steel facial tools designed to deliver a controlled cooling sensation to the skin. Kept chilled, they help refresh and soothe the complexion, reduce the look of puffiness and signs of fatigue, and give facial contours a temporarily firmer, more toned look. Unlike a standard roller, their sculpted shape follows the natural curves of the face, so you can massage precisely over the cheeks, jawline, forehead and the delicate eye contour, with one tool in each hand. The effect is cosmetic and temporary: Cryo-Sticks refresh and soothe, they do not permanently lift or tighten the skin.

How to use

Store your Cryo-Sticks in the refrigerator so they are ready whenever you want to use them.

Apply your appropriate Biologique Recherche serum, mask or cream so the tools glide comfortably.

Using both Cryo-Sticks, gently massage the face with slow, controlled movements.

Focus on the eye contour for visible puffiness, the cheeks, the jawline (working from the centre outward), the forehead, and the neck with gentle upward movements.

Around the eyes, start near the inner corner and glide outward toward the temple with light pressure; never press on the eyeball or drag the skin.

Keep the tools moving rather than holding intense cold against one area.

After use, clean and dry them thoroughly, then return them to their protective case and the refrigerator.
For morning puffiness, spend a little extra time around the eye contour and move outward toward the temples, over a serum that gives enough slip.

Do Cryo-Sticks help puffy eyes?
Yes. Decongestion and visibly reducing puffiness are key uses, and their shape makes them particularly useful around the delicate eye contour.
Refrigerator or freezer?
We prefer the refrigerator: the tools get beautifully cold, and the temperature is easier to control on delicate facial skin. Cold tools should never feel painful.
Do they tighten the skin?
Cold can create an immediate, temporary tightening sensation and help contours look more toned. Cryo-Sticks do not permanently tighten loose skin.
Should I use them before or after skincare?
Over a serum, cream or mask that gives enough glide, so the tools move comfortably without pulling on the skin.
Can sensitive skin use them?
