Bala The Compact Mat is a 12 mm cushioned mat for yoga, Pilates, stretching and floor work. Made of EVA foam with a high-grade polyurethane top coat, it has a moisture-wicking, non-slip surface. Its capsule shape folds into a block when you want a little extra height or support, then opens to 68 × 24 in for full movement. Light and easy to carry, it is made for small spaces, studio bags and workouts on the go.
