Formerly known as Crème ADN Métamorphique, Biologique Recherche Crème PTO Métamorphique is the next generation of the brand's iconic firming cream, now designed around one of the most visible changes in the face: ptosis, the gradual downward shift that can occur as the skin loses support and facial contours become softer. You may notice it first in the cheeks, jawline, facial oval, lower face and neck. Officially positioned as firming, restructuring and tautening, its formula helps restore visible tone while making the contours of the face and neck appear more defined and harmonious. With continued use, the complexion looks firmer and better supported, and the facial oval appears visibly refined. This is a genuine reformulation, not a packaging update. The current formula is built around Smithsonite Extract, Rye Seed Extract, White Peony Root Extract, Helichrysum Stoechas Extract, Alteromonas Ferment Extract, Plantain, Baobab Pulp, Goji Fruit and Grape Juice Extracts. More than a moisturizer for "mature skin", it is a cream for facial architecture, recommended according to the Skin Instant rather than age.

Is Crème PTO Métamorphique the replacement for Crème ADN Métamorphique?
Yes. It is the current generation of the former Crème ADN Métamorphique, extensively reformulated and now positioned around facial ptosis and contour definition.
What does PTO mean?
PTO refers to the cream's focus on ptosis, the visible downward shift that occurs as facial support and elasticity decrease.
Can I use it on my neck?
Yes. Biologique Recherche specifically instructs application to the face, neck and décolleté.
Is it only for mature skin?
No. It is recommended according to the Skin Instant, specifically skin lacking structure and tone, not a specific age.
What is the difference between PTO Métamorphique and VG Tensil?
VG Tensil is a targeted serum focused on loss of firmness and tone. PTO Métamorphique is the daily cream positioned around facial ptosis, the facial oval and neck contour. Depending on your Skin Instant, the two can work beautifully together.
Is it good for wrinkles?
It may improve the overall look of firmer, more supported skin, but its main focus is loss of structure, tone and facial contour. If wrinkles are your main concern, a more wrinkle-focused cream or serum may be more appropriate.
