Biologique Recherche Complexe Iribiol is a targeted rebalancing serum for oily and blemish-prone Skin Instants experiencing excess sebum, visible pores and recurring imperfections. Its concentrated seven-ingredient formula combines Zinc PCA, Salicylic Acid, Iris Root Extract and Red Poppy Extract. Sebum is not the enemy: it helps protect and lubricate the skin. The concern begins when too much is produced, making pores more visible, increasing shine and making the skin more prone to congestion and imperfections. Rather than simply drying out oily skin, Complexe Iribiol is designed around regulation and balance. With consistent use, skin appears less oily, pores look less noticeable and the complexion feels clearer and more balanced. It is particularly valuable when the concern is not an occasional blemish but a pattern of excess oil, visible pores and recurring imperfections.

How to use

Apply after cleansing and the Lotion P50 selected for your Skin Instant, and before your moisturizer.

Apply approximately 1 ml (20 drops) to clean skin over the face, neck and décolleté.

Massage gently using light upward movements until completely absorbed.

Pay particular attention to areas where excess sebum and visible pores are most noticeable.

When layering several serums, apply the lighter formulas first.

Avoid contact with the eyes. For external use only. Do not use on children under 3 years of age.

Cleanse, then apply the Lotion P50 selected for your Skin Instant; since both can be active, the P50 version and frequency should be personalized. Apply Complexe Iribiol, layer any other prescribed serums from lightest to richest, then finish with a balancing moisturizer such as Crème Dermopurifiante and sunscreen in the morning. If your skin starts feeling tight or uncomfortable, have your routine reassessed rather than adding more actives.

Does Complexe Iribiol contain salicylic acid?
Yes. Salicylic Acid is one of the seven ingredients in the current formula, combined with Zinc PCA, Iris Florentina Root Extract and Red Poppy Extract.
Does it reduce pores?
It helps visibly reduce the appearance of dilated pores. Pores cannot permanently open or close, but regulating excess sebum and refining surface texture make them look less noticeable.
What is the difference between Complexe Iribiol and Iso-Placenta?
Complexe Iribiol focuses on active blemish-prone, oily skin and excess sebum. Iso-Placenta focuses on post-blemish marks, redness, uneven microrelief and a more even-looking complexion after blemishes.
What is the difference between Complexe Iribiol and Sérum Dermopore?
Both help regulate sebum and improve visible pores. Complexe Iribiol suits skin where blemishes and excess oil are part of the concern; Dermopore focuses more on dilated pores, shine and texture.
Can sensitive skin use Complexe Iribiol?
It depends on your Skin Instant. The formula contains Alcohol Denat. and Salicylic Acid, so highly reactive or compromised skin may need a different approach. Speak with one of our estheticians first.
Can I use it as a spot product?
Biologique Recherche recommends applying approximately 1 ml over the face, neck and décolleté. Your esthetician may suggest concentrating it where excess sebum or imperfections are more noticeable.
