A Valmont Facial in Edmonton: What to Expect at Loshen & Crem
You do not need to know the whole Valmont collection before booking a facial. You can begin with something much simpler: how your skin feels, what you would like help with, and a little time set aside for yourself.
At Loshen & Crem in Edmonton, our Valmont Signature Facials bring together Valmont skincare and the attention of your facialist. The choice starts with your skin and the kind of experience you are looking for.
The short answer
What should you expect from a Valmont facial?
At Loshen & Crem in Edmonton, a Valmont Signature Facial begins with your skin, your routine and your preferences. The three signature rituals offer different directions: firmness, a more rested appearance, or luminosity and refinement. Ask us to help you choose, and check the current booking menu for the selected service’s duration and price.
Three rituals, a few useful distinctions
| Valmont ritual | Its direction | A question to bring |
|---|---|---|
| Firmness of the Hills | The appearance of firmness and suppleness | “I would like to talk about how my skin’s texture and fullness have changed.” |
| Energy of the Glaciers | Freshness and a more rested appearance | “My skin looks tired; which ritual fits how it feels today?” |
| Luminosity of Ice | Luminosity and smoother-looking texture | “I would like help with the appearance of uneven texture.” |

01
Which Valmont ritual should you choose?
Our signature collection has three starting points:
- Firmness of the Hills focuses on the appearance of firmness and suppleness.
- Energy of the Glaciers is oriented toward freshness and a more rested-looking complexion.
- Luminosity of Ice focuses on luminosity and smoother-looking texture.
More than one may sound appealing. You are welcome to ask us for help choosing. The treatment name gives us a direction; your skin and your preferences help us make the choice.

The conversation is part of the care
Tell your facialist what you are using at home, what feels comfortable, and what has caused irritation in the past. Mention allergies, prescription skincare and recent treatments when arranging your appointment. This gives us useful context before your visit.
You do not need to arrive with perfect terminology. “My skin feels tight by lunchtime” or “I want help choosing a cream I will actually use” is a perfectly good place to begin. Photos of the products on your bathroom shelf can be helpful, too.
03
What happens during the facial?
Your facialist works with Valmont formulations within the ritual selected for your skin. The experience includes the products and the way they are applied, with time and attention given to your comfort.
The exact service details, price and duration belong to the appointment you select. Check them in the booking menu before confirming, and ask about anything you particularly want included. Our Valmont Signature Facials and the Facial Masterpiece by Elixir des Glaciers are separate services.
If your skin is currently irritated or you have recently had another procedure, contact us before booking so we can advise on suitability and timing.

A facial, a discovery, or a conversation?
Our events page lists current opportunities to discover brands with our team, including Le Skin Atelier Bar and FaceMethod30 experiences when offered. These have their own formats and booking arrangements.
Throughout November 2026, enjoy 15% off all Valmont Signature Facial rituals. View availability and book a Valmont facial; the selected service’s current price and duration appear in the booking menu. The events programme is separate: Le Skin Atelier Bar is a complimentary drop-in discovery, while The Swiss Cellular is a 30-minute FaceMethod30 experience, with bookings available November 8–18. On Thursday, November 19, Meet the Expert offers individual 45-minute appointments with Krista Francescut, Valmont’s Head of Education for North America. The $20 appointment fee is fully redeemable toward Valmont products. See the events page for current availability and details.

What should you expect afterward?
A useful recommendation should make sense when you are back at home. Ask which steps to keep, whether anything needs adjusting, and how to use a recommended product with the rest of your routine.
You can also tell us that you would prefer to start with one change. The aim is to leave with a clearer understanding of your skin and its care.

Your questions
A few things you may be wondering.
Do I need to use Valmont at home first?
No. Bring your current routine into the conversation. A facial can be an introduction, and a recommendation should take account of products you already use.
Is a discovery event the same as a facial?
No. Le Skin Atelier Bar, FaceMethod30 and a booked Valmont Signature Facial have different formats. Read the service or event description before reserving.
Can I book immediately before an important occasion?
Tell us the date and whether this would be your first visit. We can discuss suitable timing. We would not promise identical results or an identical recovery experience for every skin.
What if I do not know which ritual to select?
Contact our team with your main concern and a little information about your routine. You do not have to choose from a treatment name alone.
Will I need to buy a new routine afterward?
You can ask for one clear recommendation and how it fits the products you own. Tell us your priorities and budget; a useful conversation can also confirm what to keep.
