Why tap eye cream instead of rubbing it in?

The skin around the eyes is thinner and more delicate than the rest of the face, so pulling or rubbing it does it no favours. Light tapping with the fingertips spreads the cream evenly and feels refreshing on a tired-looking eye area.

Our lens: use the ring finger, start at the inner corner under the eye and tap outward in a semi-circle, then along the brow bone. A small amount is enough; stay on the orbital bone and avoid direct contact with the eyes.

   Start with clean skin

   Cleanse and pat your skin dry.

   Apply your serum

   Smooth it over the face first and let it settle.

   Tap on The Eye Cream

   With your fingertips, tap in a semi-circle from the inner corner under the eye outward, then beneath the brow bone. Smooth gently until absorbed, avoiding direct contact with the eyes.

4. 04

   Moisturize, then SPF

   Follow with your moisturizer. In the morning, sunscreen is always the last step.
