How to use
- Start with clean skin: Cleanse and pat your skin dry.
- Mix Pure C in your palm: 1 part Pure C with 4 parts of a compatible Biophora cream or gel, just before applying.
- Apply the mix: Smooth it over the face. Adjust the amount of Pure C to your skin’s tolerance.
- SPF the next morning: Wear sunscreen on its own. Never mix Pure C into it.

Key ingredients
- Pure ascorbic acid (vitamin C): an antioxidant that brightens, helps even out the look of skin tone and helps defend against environmental stress. As a dry powder, it stays stable until you mix it
How to use
- Just before applying, mix 1 part Pure C with 4 parts of a compatible Biophora product in your palm, and adjust to your skin’s tolerance.
- For a stronger approach, mix it with a low-pH Biophora product (pH 3.5 or lower) such as Bioactive Gel or Gentle AHA Cream.
- For a gentler approach, mix it with the Antioxidant Moisturizer or Derma Rich Moisturizer.
- Apply in the evening for best results. Keep the jar tightly closed and dry.
Don’t mix Pure C into your sunscreen: changing an SPF formula can reduce its protection. Wear a broad-spectrum SPF on its own every day, especially when you mix Pure C with acid products. If your skin is sensitive, start with a small amount in a gentle cream.
