Four treatment spheres and a shape designed for larger body areas. NuBODY supports a regular cosmetic routine for the appearance of skin tone and texture on approved areas such as the arms, abdomen, thighs and buttocks.
Choose NuBODY for a body-focused routine. It is a cosmetic device, not a weight-loss treatment.
Four points of contact.
The larger contact area is designed for the body. Keep the four spheres in contact during the prescribed gliding routine. NuBODY is not intended for the face or neck.

The treatment spheres deliver a low-level electrical current through contact with prepared skin. A conductive activator forms the interface between the device and your skin. The contact points, treatment zone and technique depend on your model.

How to use your device
- 01
Choose one body area
Start with an approved area such as an upper arm, thigh, abdomen or buttock, using the treatment map. NuBODY is for the body; do not use it on the face, neck or chest.

Prepare skin and device
Charge fully before first use and unplug. Cleanse the treatment area without oil and dry. Review the manual’s precautions and activator sensitivity test.

Work section by section
Apply a generous layer of Aqua Gel to the section you are treating. Reapply before it dries; body lotion or oil cannot replace conductive activator.
- 04
Keep all four contacts on skin
Switch on at a comfortable intensity. Rest all four spheres on the prepared area. Glide upward over about 5 seconds, guided by the beep, with medium pressure and without dragging the skin.

Treat for 5 minutes
Follow the mapped glides for that area. For a targeted hold permitted in the manual, stay still for 10–15 seconds within the same 5-minute session. Do not extend the treatment to compensate for missed days.

Finish before moving on
The device switches off after its cycle. Apply fresh gel before treating a different approved area. Massage in remaining gel and wipe the four spheres clean; let the device dry.
Allow 5 minutes per approved area, 5 days a week for 60 days, then 2–3 days a week. Leave 24 hours between sessions on the same area.
App & controls
NuFACE has retired its guided-treatment app experience. The official download pages remain linked below; features and availability may vary. Find current routines on NuFACE’s website and YouTube channel.
NuBODY uses its own power and intensity controls. Follow its body-specific treatment map and 5-minute cycle; facial-device mode instructions do not apply to NuBODY.

Which activator belongs in my routine?
Use the NuFACE activator specified for your device, such as Aqua Gel or Silk Crème. Apply enough to keep the area conductive throughout treatment. Facial oil and an ordinary moisturizer are not substitutes. NuBODY is paired with Aqua Gel.
What should I expect?
The aim is a change in appearance, with results that vary from person to person. Consistent use matters. Take comparison photos in the same light and position; device use does not replace daily skin care or professional advice.

Check suitability before your first session.
Read the complete instructions supplied with your exact model. Microcurrent is contraindicated during pregnancy and for people with implanted electronic devices, a history of seizures or active cancer. Recent surgery, a medical condition or a recent cosmetic procedure requires professional advice before use. This is a summary, not the complete list.
Use only on healthy, intact skin in the zones shown in the manual. Start comfortably and stop if you experience pain or irritation. More intensity or longer sessions are not a substitute for the prescribed routine.
How do I care for it?
Switch the device off after use. Clean the treatment surfaces with a soft, lightly dampened cloth as directed in the manual, then allow them to dry. Keep the device and charger away from water; do not immerse them.
