How to Use:

Power and vibration:

• Press and hold the flower button for 2 seconds to turn on.
• Click the flower button to cycle through the vibration settings.
• Press and hold the flower button for 2 seconds to turn off.

Heat settings:

• Press and hold the heat button for 2 seconds to activate heat.
• Click the heat button to select your desired heat level.
• Allow up to 3 minutes for the massager to fully warm up.

In your bra:

• Place the massager in your bra with the petals facing down.
• Use the gentle vibration to help stimulate letdown and encourage milk flow.
• Move the massager to a different area of the breast every 15 minutes.

While feeding or pumping:

• Gently glide the contoured petals in a scooping motion from the outer breast toward the nipple.
• Move around the breast to help support milk movement and relieve areas of fullness.
• Use gentle pressure only.

To help relieve clogged ducts:

• Use one petal to gently press into the breast.
• Massage around the clogged area in circular motions for 5-minute intervals.
• Use light to moderate pressure and avoid anything painful.
• Apply cold relief between intervals if needed, using breast therapy packs or a lactation roller.

To help empty the breast more efficiently:

• Place the massager button-side up.
• Apply gentle pressure.
• Rock it back and forth for approximately 30 seconds.
• Move to a different area of the breast and repeat.

Cleaning and Care:

• Clean after each use according to the instructions on the packaging.
• Allow to dry fully before storing.
• Charge as needed using the included charging cord.
• Store in a clean, dry place.
• Do not use while charging.
