How to Use
Soy Candle — Both Editions
Before each burn, trim the cooled wick to 7 mm, keep it upright and remove any wick trimmings from the wax. Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets and flammable materials.
For this 60 g miniature candle, burn for 30 minutes to two hours at a time. Never leave it unattended. Stop using it when 10 mm of unmelted wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
Extinguish with a candle snuffer; do not use water or the lid. Allow the wax to solidify and the vessel to cool completely before handling. Always follow the safety instructions supplied with your candle.
Eau de Parfum — Both Editions
Lightly spray onto clean, dry skin at pulse points such as the wrists and neck. Reapply according to your preference. Store away from direct sunlight and heat, and never spray near a lit candle or another open flame.
Body Bar — 2025 Edition Only
Work the bar into a lather with water, massage over damp skin and rinse thoroughly. Allow the bar to dry between uses.
Body Wash — 2026 Edition Only
Massage onto damp skin in the shower or bath, then rinse thoroughly.
Body Lotion — Both Editions
Smooth over clean skin and gently massage until absorbed. Enjoy on its own or follow with the Eau de Parfum to layer your fragrance.
Body-care products and perfume are for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Soy Candle — Both Editions
Made with fragranced soy-blend wax and a natural, lead-free cotton wick.
Body Bar, Body Wash, Body Lotion & Eau de Parfum
Each product has its own formula. The Body Bar included in the 2025 edition and the Body Wash included in the 2026 edition are different products and do not share an ingredient list.

What is the difference between the 2025 and 2026 editions?
The 2025 edition includes a 180 g Body Bar, while the 2026 edition includes a 50 mL Body Wash. Both editions also contain a 14 mL Eau de Parfum, a 60 g candle and a 50 mL Body Lotion.
Does the gift set include both bar soap and body wash?
No. Each set contains four products, including either the Body Bar or the Body Wash, depending on the edition selected.
Are all the products miniature sizes?
The Eau de Parfum, candle and Body Lotion are smaller formats. The 2026 edition also includes a 50 mL Body Wash. The 2025 edition instead includes a larger, 180 g Body Bar.
Can I enjoy the products separately?
Yes. Use each product on its own or combine the matching body cleanser, Body Lotion and Eau de Parfum for a layered fragrance ritual. The candle brings the Sunsets in Capri atmosphere into your space.

Returns & Refunds
At Loshen & Crem, we understand that sometimes, even the most carefully chosen product might not be "the one."
- Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened and unused products in perfect condition—just as they arrived.
- Refunds: If your return reaches us within 30 days from delivery, you’ll have the choice between a refund or store credit (your preference, naturellement). After 30 days, store credit is your only option. Beyond 40 days, refunds and credits are no longer possible.
Final Sale Items
Promotional Items: Products purchased at a discount during promotions are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Markdown Items: Items marked as Final Markdown are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

All amounts are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. Order thresholds are calculated after discounts, before taxes and shipping.
Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days*
Orders $149 and over: FREE
Orders $148.99 and under: $25
Priority Shipping — Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days*
Orders $249 and over: FREE
Orders $248.99 and under: $30
Processing: Orders placed before 2 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates and remote destinations: Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Remote destinations may require additional transit time.
Product exclusions — Canada: Heavy items, including candles and one-litre shampoos, and selected promotional items are eligible for Standard shipping only, even when your order meets the complimentary Priority-shipping threshold. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
United States
Complimentary Priority shipping is available on orders of $350 USD or more. Orders below this threshold are subject to a $48.95 CAD shipping fee. Promotional shipping rates may apply during MistleGlow.
The following are excluded from our U.S. shipping zone: Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

Shipping Address Details
For a smooth delivery, please provide all relevant information, including buzzer codes, directional suffixes (North, South, etc.), or special instructions.

Address Changes: Once your package has left our warehouse, address updates cannot be made. If you need to make changes before dispatch, email us at info@loshen.ca with your order details.

Carrier Fees: Any changes made with the courier after dispatch will incur a $32 CAD fee, and 800 points will be deducted from your La Crème Points account.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking information, so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@loshen.ca with photos and details. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Tips to Avoid Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Opt for a signature upon receipt (required for orders over $350 CAD).
- Have your package delivered to your workplace.
- If you’re not home on the expected delivery date, ask a neighbor to receive your package.
Unclaimed Parcels
If your package is returned to us unclaimed, we’ll issue a refund minus a $29.95 CAD return shipping fee.
