How to Use
Before each burn, trim the cooled wicks to 7 mm, keep them upright and remove any wick trimmings from the wax. Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets and flammable materials.
Light all wicks each time you use the candle. For the 380 g size, burn for one to four hours at a time, always keeping the candle in sight. Stop using it when 10 mm of unmelted wax remains at the bottom of the vessel. Never allow the flame to touch the side of the glass.
Extinguish with a candle snuffer; do not use water or the lid. Allow the wax to solidify and the vessel to cool completely before handling. Do not use if the glass is cracked, chipped or damaged. Always follow the safety instructions supplied with your candle.

Returns & Refunds
At Loshen & Crem, we understand that sometimes, even the most carefully chosen product might not be "the one."
- Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened and unused products in perfect condition—just as they arrived.
- Refunds: If your return reaches us within 30 days from delivery, you’ll have the choice between a refund or store credit (your preference, naturellement). After 30 days, store credit is your only option. Beyond 40 days, refunds and credits are no longer possible.

Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days*
Orders $149 and over: FREE
Orders $148.99 and under: $25
Priority Shipping — Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days*
Orders $249 and over: FREE
Orders $248.99 and under: $30
Processing: Orders placed before 2 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates and remote destinations: Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Remote destinations may require additional transit time.
Product exclusions — Canada: Heavy items, including candles and one-litre shampoos, and selected promotional items are eligible for Standard shipping only, even when your order meets the complimentary Priority-shipping threshold. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
United States
Complimentary Priority shipping is available on orders of $350 USD or more. Orders below this threshold are subject to a $48.95 CAD shipping fee. Promotional shipping rates may apply during MistleGlow.

Shipping Address Details

Carrier Fees: Any changes made with the courier after dispatch will incur a $32 CAD fee, and 800 points will be deducted from your La Crème Points account.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking information, so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@loshen.ca with photos and details. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Tips to Avoid Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Opt for a signature upon receipt (required for orders over $350 CAD).
- Have your package delivered to your workplace.
- If you’re not home on the expected delivery date, ask a neighbor to receive your package.
Unclaimed Parcels
If your package is returned to us unclaimed, we’ll issue a refund minus a $29.95 CAD return shipping fee.
