Glycolic Acid Night Cream for Fine Lines, Uneven Texture and Dull Skin

Dermaceutic Turn Over is a glycolic acid night cream available in two concentrations to support smoother, brighter and more refined-looking skin.

Both formulas exfoliate accumulated dead skin cells and support the skin’s natural renewal process, helping improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, uneven texture and loss of radiance.

Choose Turn Over 10 for progressive exfoliation and regular skin renewal, or Turn Over 15 for a more intensive resurfacing action on skin already accustomed to glycolic acid.

Both variants are fragrance-free and suitable for all skin types when introduced gradually and used according to skin tolerance.

How It Works

Dermaceutic Turn Over is formulated with pure glycolic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid known for its exfoliating and keratolytic properties.

  • Glycolic acid helps loosen the bonds between accumulated dead skin cells, encouraging them to shed more efficiently from the skin’s surface. This supports the natural renewal process and helps reveal smoother, fresher-looking skin.

Loshen & Crem’s Recommendation

Choosing the correct strength is essential for achieving results without unnecessarily compromising the skin barrier.

We recommend beginning with Turn Over 10 when introducing glycolic acid into your routine, even if your skin is not typically sensitive. Once the skin has developed a comfortable tolerance, Turn Over 15 may be introduced for a more intensive resurfacing treatment.

Turn Over 15 is best suited to clients already accustomed to exfoliating acids or those addressing more established fine lines, dullness and uneven texture.

On evenings when Turn Over is used, keep the rest of the routine simple. Follow with a nourishing, barrier-supporting moisturizer and avoid layering additional exfoliating acids or retinol.

Temporary tingling may occur during application. Persistent burning, redness, discomfort or excessive flaking is a sign to reduce the frequency or discontinue use.

Daily sunscreen is essential, as glycolic acid can increase the skin’s sensitivity to sun exposure.
