It suits normal, combination and oilier skin best, morning and evening. If your skin runs drier or more sensitive, keep it for the evening and use a gentler cream cleanser in the morning.

Gentle Cleanser or Ultra Calm Cleansing Cream: which one is for me?

Gentle Cleanser is a foaming gel with a clean finish, made for normal, combination and oilier skin. Ultra Calm Cleansing Cream is a non-foaming, fragrance-free cream for dry, sensitive or sensitized skin. Gentle Cleanser contains no synthetic fragrance, but it does include small amounts of lavender and orange peel oils.

Our lens: plenty of our clients keep both. The gel in the evening to remove makeup and sunscreen, the cream in the morning or on days when skin feels reactive.

You like a cleanser that foams and rinses away completely, your skin is normal, combination or oily, and you want to remove makeup and the day’s impurities without that tight, stripped feeling.

Consider first…

If your skin is very dry or reactive, or you react to essential oils (the formula includes lavender and orange peel oils), Ultra Calm Cleansing Cream is the gentler choice.
