When will I see results?

Give it time and consistency. In Alastin’s clinical study, as early as 8 weeks, participants saw up to a 71% reduction in the appearance of uneven texture, up to 69% in the appearance of redness and up to 50% in the appearance of fine lines. Individual results vary.

Morning or evening?

Alastin recommends both: one to two pumps after cleansing, morning and evening. We find it earns its place most in the morning, under sunscreen.

Does it replace my sunscreen?

No. Antioxidants and sunscreen work as a team. Apply C-RADICAL Defense first, then your moisturizer, and finish with a broad-spectrum SPF every morning.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Alastin describes it as non-irritating, scent-free and suited to most skin types. If your skin is reactive, patch test first, or book a consultation and we’ll help you introduce it.

Can I use it with Restorative Skin Complex?

Yes, they do different jobs. Restorative Skin Complex is the broader daily treatment serum; C-RADICAL Defense adds antioxidant protection. Apply the thinner layers first and give each a moment to settle.
