The Essence of Gold Sturgeon collection is the only Valmont line built on sturgeon DNA rather than Valmont’s signature salmon DNA. L’Elixir des Glaciers sources it in partnership with an ethical sturgeon farm in the Dordogne region of southwest France, using material not used for gastronomy.
