Hydration for oily skin that hates the feel of cream.

Light Hydration is the moisturizer we suggest when oily or combination skin feels tight but shiny at the same time. It is a weightless serum-texture moisturizer with peptides, hyaluronic acid and ginseng and gynostemma extracts, so you get real hydration with nothing sitting on the skin.

It is also our favourite aftershave step in men’s routines: it calms and refreshes the skin and absorbs right away. Under SPF or foundation, it leaves a clean, shine-free finish.

Light Hydration or Antioxidant Moisturizer?

Both are lightweight. Light Hydration is a serum-texture moisturizer made for oily and combination skin, with peptides and hyaluronic acid, and it absorbs almost instantly. Antioxidant Moisturizer is a light daily cream for all skin types, with vitamins A and E, beta-glucan and panthenol for a little more cushion.

Our lens: if creams make you shiny by noon, choose Light Hydration. If your skin is normal or gets drier in winter, the Antioxidant Moisturizer will feel more comfortable. Many oily-skin clients use Light Hydration in summer and switch in January.

Your skin is oily or combination, it feels tight but shiny, and you want hydration that absorbs instantly. It is also a lovely aftershave step.

Consider first…

It contains lavender oil, so patch test if your skin reacts to essential oils, and retinyl palmitate, a vitamin A derivative: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your healthcare provider first. Dry skin will want something richer.

Is it a serum or a moisturizer?

Both. It has the texture of a serum, but it is made to be your moisturizing step for oily and combination skin.

Will it work under makeup and sunscreen?

Yes. It absorbs quickly and leaves a shine-free finish. Give it a minute, then apply SPF and makeup.

Can I use it after shaving?

Yes, it is one of our favourite aftershave steps: it calms and refreshes the skin.

Does it contain vitamin A?

Yes, retinyl palmitate, a gentle vitamin A derivative. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or avoiding vitamin A, check with your healthcare provider before use.

Does it contain fragrance?
