Ever since I discovered the Crème Dermopurifiante, my combination skin has felt more balanced and less prone to breakouts. The lightweight texture is a dream – it sinks right in without a greasy residue.

The cream I tell everyone about! It is the product that saved my congested skin and brought it back to life. I always have it on hand!

The is my all time go to cream. I have combination skin type and it's really important to have a cream that won't cause breakouts and this is it! It hydrates and leaves my skin feeling like silk without clogging my pores. Of all the creams from this brand this one to me is the best and I will never stop using it.

I have sensitive combination skin, so most products give me redness, hives and/or breakouts. After trying a few creams from this brand, this formula has become my all time favorite moisturizer. It gives my skin the gentle hydration it needs without clogging my pores. My skin has never looked better!

Never in my life have I experienced any such effect as this cream gives! Fantastic! Controlling and incredibly moisturizing! Get it! I think it's a must for summer!

As a pregnant woman who has to steer clear of most skincare products, this product has been a true lifesaver for my hormonal acne!

This creme was my saving grace during pregnancy, and still is while nursing, for my acne prone skin. It has kept breakouts at bay. I will buy again and again.

Love how this cream completely moisturizes without being oily my problem areas. I use this at night on my hormonal acne and it helps heal and zap them sometimes overnight! It is a must have in my routine and will continue to use it!

It really does amaze me how such a whipped consistency can at the same time clean your pores! Love it because I have clogged pores issues, but at the same time my skin need something rich to be nourished enough. The container is plastic and light, not like in Espoir Cream. But that is okay since this one is also a bit more affordable then Espoir.

I don't have oily or acne-prone skin, but there're those days of the month when my skin feels "clogged". I'm speechless at how amazing this product is! I've never seen anything addressing such specific concerns AND moisturizing at the same time! Moreover, it's THE most economical texture. Don't underestimate this product, especially at this price. Also, it's fantastic during summer under sunblock 👌.

I have been using this cream consistently every day and have noticed that it has significantly helped with my congestion and regulate sebum secretion in my T zone. Overall, I have noticed my pore size has gone down in my cheeks and it has helped to keep new blemishes at bay!

I keep coming back to this cream. Jar after jar, it works to clear up blemishes and re-balance my skin. I have seen it reduce redness and regulate oil production.

I've purchased this creme over and over again and I will always have this in my routine! It calms my irritated and inflamed skin like nothing else. The texture is so silky and hydrating and it's an overall soothing creme. Instead of using up other creams in my stash, I find myself needing to purchase this again when I run out!

This cream was fine for me. It balanced my combination skin and provides light moisturization. I didn’t get a big impact on my pores though (congestion or size)

I absolutely enjoyed this moisturizer. My skin loves it. My skin was definitely more clear and I did notice my pore sized minimized. Just finished a tub and wanting to try placenta cream. Prior to this I tried elastine and didn’t really notice much, it was easy on the skin and very light I felt. Dermopurifiante definitely put some work in!

I love this moisturizer. It helps clear my acne and leaves my skin so smooth and glowy without being greasy. I’ve always struggled to find a moisturizer that doesn’t clog my pores but that still adequately hydrates my skin and this is the perfect one for me!

This is my second one! Just love it. Clean my acne, blackhead now is easy to pop out. But doesn't dry my sensitive skin out

I started using P50 and this creme together to help combat some stubborn sebum plugs and it really helps to calm down my dry and sensitive skin.

I love this moisturizer! Only thing that keeps my skin feeling healthy, calms down my acne, and reduces the oil on my face. I love layering this under my makeup as it keeps everything in place and I don't have to do any touch ups. Definitely buying this cream over and over again.
