After 15 minutes, shine appears reduced, pores look more refined and the complexion has a cleaner, brighter and more balanced appearance.

Why Pores Look Bigger When Skin Is Oily

But they can become much more visible.

When excess sebum, surface debris and irregular texture accumulate around the pore opening, the contrast becomes greater and pores can appear larger.

Clay Mask Without the Punishment

Biomagic contains both Kaolin and Bentonite, two mineral clays known for their ability to absorb excess surface oil.

But this is not simply clay + water.

The formula also contains:

• Panthenol
• Allantoin
• Wheat Germ Oil
• Corn Oil
• Vitamin E

How to Use:

• Apply a thin, even layer of Biomagic Mask over the face, neck and décolleté.

• Emulsify the mask with cold water, then rinse thoroughly using moistened non-woven gauze or soft cotton.
• Follow with the Biologique Recherche serums and cream appropriate for your Skin Instant.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.

The Pre-Event Polish

If you have an event coming up, keep the routine simple.

1. Cleanse thoroughly.
2. Apply the Lotion P50 appropriate for your Skin Instant.
3. Apply a thin layer of Biomagic Mask.
4. Leave for 15 minutes.
5. Remove with cool water.
6. Follow with your appropriate serums and moisturizer.
7. Allow skincare to settle before makeup.

No aggressive extra exfoliation.

No last-minute skincare experiments.

Can I Mist Biomagic With L’Eauxygénante?

Older Biologique Recherche protocols and longtime users often misted Biomagic with L’Eauxygénante during the masking time to keep the surface comfortable.

The current Biologique Recherche consumer instructions do not require this step.

At Loshen & Crem, we consider it an optional ritual rather than an essential part of how the mask works.

If you enjoy it, mist lightly.

If you don't own L’Eauxygénante, your Biomagic is not having an existential crisis.

Biomagic Mask vs. Masque Vivant

This is probably the most useful comparison.

Both can make sense for skin experiencing excess oil, pores and congestion — but their personalities are very different.

Choose Masque Vivant when the priority is:

• Recurring blemishes
• Sebum imbalance
• Congestion
• Oily skin that needs rebalancing
• A more intensive purifying reset

Choose Biomagic Mask when the priority is:

• Visible pores
• Excess shine
• Dullness
• Texture refinement
• A polished, mattified finish

Think:
