A regular lip balm is designed to wear well through the day. The Dream Slip® is designed for night, when lips aren't exposed to eating, drinking, talking or wind, and can be left alone to recover. Its formula is richer, with shea butter, a blend of skin-compatible lipids and several nourishing oils. It melts onto the lips and stays there, building a protective layer that helps prevent the overnight moisture loss that leaves lips rough and tight.

Loshen & Crem's Recommendation
Treat The Dream Slip® as a mask, not a balm. Apply a visible, generous layer and let it sit. A thin coat rubbed in will not give you the same overnight comfort.
Make it the very last step of your evening routine, after your serums and night cream, so nothing disturbs it.
If you use a retinoid, exfoliating acids or other active products at night, apply The Dream Slip® to your lips before you apply them to your face. This helps protect the delicate lip area from products that can migrate and cause dryness or irritation.
Keep the product on the lips themselves. Rich, occlusive textures can contribute to congestion on the skin around the mouth, so if you are prone to breakouts in that area, avoid spreading it past the lip line.
In the morning, the softened, dry skin on your lips lifts away easily. A gentle wipe with a warm, damp cloth is often all you need. Save The Lip Scrub for 2 to 3 times a week.
