A triple-milled bar soap with LX48, the tobacco-leather signature inspired by Caswell-Massey's flagship store at Lexington Avenue and 48th Street and its oak-panelled club rooms. Violet and freshly cut tobacco unfold into oakmoss, cedarwood and worn-in leather. The dense bar works into a rich, creamy lather and leaves the skin subtly scented. Available as a single bar or a set of three.

How to Use:

• Work into a lather with warm water, between the hands or on a washcloth
• Massage over the body and rinse thoroughly
• Let the bar dry between uses on a draining soap dish so it lasts longer

Layer it with the LX48 Eau de Parfum for more depth and longevity. Like all true bar soaps, it is a traditional soap-based cleanser: wonderful on the body, but if your skin runs dry, follow with a body lotion. We don't recommend it for the face.

The soap is milled three times, pressing out air and moisture for a denser bar that lasts longer and gives a creamier lather.

We recommend it for the body. Facial skin is more delicate, so choose a dedicated facial cleanser.
