A true purifying cleanser, Lait S.R. removes impurities and excess sebum from the skin’s surface. It cleanses and removes makeup without irritating the skin, which could produce more sebum to defend itself. Its rebalancing platform regulates sebum secretion to limit blemishes. Its purifying active ingredients have an astringent action, helping to unclog and tighten pores, which are particularly visible on combination to oily skin. Its fresh, light texture does not leave an oily film and allows skin to breathe. It therefore preserves the balance of skin prone to seborrhea, which is already weakened, and provides the water it needs. Free of impurities, skin is healthy, balanced and more matte. It is purified, comfortable and perfectly hydrated. Recommended for combination and/or seborrheic Skin Instants©.
How to use:
- Apply onto the entire face, neck and décolleté.
- Emulsify in light smoothing movements, working from the inside to the outside, starting from the décolleté to the face, then remove using wet cotton pads.
- Repeat until all impurities have been removed.
Biologique Recherche Skin Cleansing:
Skin cleansing, the first step in the initialization stage, is fundamental to the Biologique Recherche methodology. Exposed to numerous impurities throughout the day (makeup, pollution, sweat, sebum, etc.), the skin needs to be cleansed in order to allow the cells to renew and regenerate before receiving treatment. This is why we have chosen to exclusively develop cleansing milk formulations.
A cleansing milk formulation base enables us to guarantee optimal tolerance, respecting the barrier and pH without drying or irritating the skin. By adding lipids, the hydrolipidic film is protected from external aggressions, thus maintaining cutaneous water balance and preserving the epidermal barrier function. Having a natural affinity with the skin, the lipids contained in the milk dissolve sebum residues, impurities, and makeup for gentle and thorough skin cleansing. Each milk has its own galenic formula and unique ingredients in line with targeted Skin Instants©.

Ingredients:
▪ Makeup removing platform
Coconut derived esters. These esters solubilize lipophilic dirt to remove impurities and facilitate effective makeup removal.
▪ Rebalancing platform
Rose Hip extract. Rose Hip is a thorny bush from the Rosaceae family. Its extract is rich in flavonoids. The extract of its berries limits sebocyte differentiation and lipogenesis to reduce sebaceous secretions and tighten pores. The skin is mattified, purified, and cleansed of its imperfections, improving the appearance of oily skin.
▪ Purifying platform
Complex made with Myrrh, Myrtle and Onion. Myrrh is the resin produced by the balsam tree native to North Africa, which belongs to the Burseraceae family. Myrtle is a shrub native to the Mediterranean Basin. Onion is native to the Middle East. This complex of active ingredients has soothing, purifying, antioxidant and astringent properties.
Meadowsweet extract. Meadowsweet, or spiraea ulmaria, is an herbaceous plant that grows in moist soils in temperate areas. It is known for its anti-inflammatory and soothing action. It also has bacteriostatic and astringent properties that tighten dilated pores and refine the skin texture.

Shipping Policy
- LOSHEN & CREM offers FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING everywhere in Canada for all orders over $189.99 (after discounts and before taxes). Except on our annual sales, FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING on all orders over $250 or $25 shipping.
- Shipping fees for orders under $189.99 (after discounts and before taxes) are $18.95.
- Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday, not including federal and provincial statutory holidays.
- No additional customs fees and extra charges.
Please note that if you make any changes with the courier after the dispatch, our carrier will charge a $32 fee. In addition, we will have to withdraw the Free Express shipping option from your SkinSkinGlow points account. We appreciate your understanding.
Our processing time starts from the moment your order is successfully submitted and may take up to 2 business days to dispatch your order. However, please be aware that processing and handling time may be extended during peak sale periods. Delivery times

A signature will be required for orders over $350, free of charge. As a precautionary method due to COVID-19, an acknowledgement from the person who receives the package may be collected instead of a signature at the time of delivery. In such cases, the acknowledgement by the person who received the package at the delivery address will be taken as proof of delivery.
If a shipment notice is left at your door, you must collect items from the designated pick up location within the pickup window to avoid your order being returned to Loshen & Crem.
LOSHEN & CREM (LOTION COSMETICS INC) will not be liable for loss of any package(s) for which a delivery signature or acknowledgement was not obtained .
Loshen & Crem's is not responsible for incorrect or missing information on the shipping address. Important :

Carrier delivery delay
Our delivery times are for information only and do not constitute a guarantee. That said, if you experience an unusual delay in the delivery of your package, contact us at info@loshen.ca and we will open a service ticket with the carrier. If necessary, additional delays may apply. Also, please note that we can not send a replacement package without confirmation from the carrier regarding the status and whereabouts of your initial package. ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS, IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!
Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has left our warehouse, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You will be able to track your package at all times. If you are a registered customer and have an account with us, you will also track your purchase history section orders.
Availability and OUT-OF-STOCK
Shipping is subject to product availability. In exceptional cases, where inventory for select items is no longer available, that item may be removed from your order, and all other items will be shipped. Refer to your shipment confirmation email to review all items sent and the amount charged to your card. Depending on your items' size and fulfillment location, you may receive your order in multiple packages. Some products offered may be temporarily out of stock. In such a case, a customer service agent will contact you by email to inform you of any shipping delays. If your order contains a combination of available products and out-of-stock products, you should expect multiple shipments.
Restrictions
Certain aerosols and alcohol-based products, such as fragrances and nail polish, are considered hazardous materials by Transport Canada, and must be shipped using Standard Ground shipping.
Damaged Parcel

If your package has been delivered in a PO Box, please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may result (consequences of extreme temperatures, theft, etc.). For products damaged during transport, Send an email to info@loshen.ca, but please see our Exchanges & Warranty > Products damaged during the delivery section.
Your package was marked "delivered", but you haven't received it!
We do our best to make your order goes out on the same day it was placed. We ship express (Canada post, Purolator or FedEx), once the order has left our warehouse, we can't guarantee the delivery time. Rest assured that we will be there to help.When the tracking for your package is updated as "delivered" by the postal carrier, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this new status. Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:

Delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake and will arrive the following day.

We always update your order with your tracking and carrier to contact them directly with your tracking. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery.

If the package still does not show up, please call the carrier to fill a claim. LOSHEN & CREM cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders misdelivered by the carrier or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding.
Tips to make sure you don't have your package stolen.
• Opt for the signature upon receipt of your package (especially if you live in an apartment block)
• Have your package delivered to your workplace
• Or if you do not plan to be at home on the day of delivery, (you have the expected delivery date) ask a neighbor to pick up the package.

Unclaimed Parcel
If the carrier fails to deliver the item as intended, it is sent to a post office for you to pickup. If you have received a delivery notice, follow the instructions on the notice to retrieve your item or check the delivery status using the tracking number we provided to you by email.When you go to the post office to pick up your parcel, you will have to present the following documents:

WARNING: You will have a maximum period of 10 business days to pick up your package at the post office. Once this period is exceeded, the package will automatically be returned to us, and we will proceed to the cancellation and refund of your order, minus the delivery costs for the return of your package to our warehouse ($23.95 flat-rate).
