Its multi-dimensional formula addresses dehydration and early visible signs of aging simultaneously. This is a cosmetic peptide serum rather than a medical growth-factor treatment or injectable filler. It is designed to support the visible quality of the skin through consistent topical use. The formula contains fragrance, so highly fragrance-reactive skin should patch test carefully.

How to Use

Use morning and evening.

After cleansing and toning, apply three to five drops to the face and neck. Gently press the serum into the skin until absorbed.

Follow with eye care and moisturizer. Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning.

When using several serums, apply lightweight, water-based formulas first and follow with richer emulsions or oils. TGF-β Booster already provides substantial hyaluronic acid support, so an additional hydrating serum may not be necessary for every skin type.

Avoid applying to broken, freshly treated or actively irritated skin unless specifically approved by the professional who performed the treatment.

This is where we often begin when a client tells us, “I want to work on aging, but I do not want an aggressive routine.” TGF-β Booster brings hydration, peptides, antioxidants and barrier support together without relying on retinol or exfoliating acids.

Begin with three drops for the face and add one or two more for the neck. If the skin remains very tacky or subsequent products begin pilling, you are likely applying more than necessary. More serum does not make the peptides work faster.

We especially like it when a basic hyaluronic serum no longer feels like enough—when the skin is hydrated temporarily but still looks less firm, less resilient or less refined than it once did.

Because the formula contains fragrance, it would not be our first recommendation for clients with a known fragrance allergy or a severely disrupted barrier. It should also not be applied immediately after microneedling, laser treatments or another procedure unless the treating professional specifically approves it.

And one loving reminder from your facialists: no serum can “kickstart” its way around daily UV exposure. If collagen preservation is the goal, consistent broad-spectrum sunscreen remains non-negotiable.

• Choose TGF-β Booster for early fine lines, dehydration, loss of bounce and visible changes in firmness or texture. It is the most balanced option for proactive age support.
• Choose Hyaluronic Serum when dehydration, tightness and moisture loss are the primary concerns. It focuses more directly on replenishing water and visibly plumping the skin.
• Choose EGF-DNA Serum when more advanced visible aging, deeper wrinkles or stressed and compromised-looking skin are the priorities.
• Use one primary peptide or growth-factor serum unless your skincare professional has created a specific layering plan. More advanced formulas do not automatically produce better results when stacked together.

Most clients choosing TGF-β Booster will not need a separate hyaluronic serum in the same routine because the formula already contains ten forms of hyaluronic acid.

What Does TGF-β Mean in This Formula?

Transforming growth factor-beta, or TGF-β, refers to a family of naturally occurring signalling proteins involved in many biological processes, including communication related to the skin’s extracellular matrix.

The ingredient list for TGF-β Booster does not name human transforming growth factor-beta as an ingredient. Instead, it lists Oligopeptide-225, which Le Mieux describes as a bio-identical, lab-synthesized peptide designed to mimic aspects of TGF signalling.

For retailer accuracy, TGF-β Booster is best understood as a biomimetic peptide serum inspired by growth-factor signalling. It is not a medical TGF treatment, an injectable product or a replacement for an in-office procedure.

Le Mieux positions Oligopeptide-225 as supporting collagen synthesis and visible firmness. However, the brand’s current product page does not provide the peptide concentration or publish product-specific clinical percentages. Results should therefore be described in cosmetic terms and will vary between individuals.

What Does “Topical Line Filler” Mean?

Le Mieux describes TGF-β Booster as a topical line filler. This does not mean that the product works like an injectable dermal filler.

The ten-form hyaluronic acid complex can temporarily plump the skin with hydration, making dehydration lines appear softer. Peptides and supporting ingredients may improve the visible appearance of texture and firmness with consistent use.

The effects remain cosmetic and topical. TGF-β Booster cannot replace lost facial volume, permanently fill deep wrinkles or reproduce the structural effect of an injectable treatment.
